Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the usual suspects: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are secure — even your sarcasm is safe with us.

Where is my refund?

If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days. The money will sneak back into your account shortly after.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, no need to commit. Just checkout as a guest — sarcasm included.

Where is my order confirmation?

Right after placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us.

Why has my order been canceled?

Orders are only canceled if there’s an issue with payment or stock. If that happened, you’ll hear from us — not ghosted.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours after ordering. After that, it’s already in production, and sarcasm doesn't go backwards.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, no. Once an order is placed, we can't change items or sizes. Make sure your cart speaks your truth.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship in 1–3 business days. Delivery in the U.S. takes around 2–6 business days. You’ll get tracking once it’s out.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the U.S. only. Global sarcasm distribution coming soon.

How much is shipping?

None. Zero. Nada.
Shipping is already included in the price — because we hate hidden fees as much as you do.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once it ships.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course — if you're not in love, you can return it within 14 days. Just make sure the item hasn’t been worn or washed.

How do I return an item?

Email us at returns@witwear.store with your order number. We’ll guide you through it like a sarcastic GPS.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

No worries. Just contact us — we’ll re-send your return instructions. Losing things happens (even to us).

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

Well, that’s awkward.
If your item arrived damaged or clearly incorrect, send us a photo at returns@witwear.store and we’ll make things right.
If you just changed your mind — happens — you’ve got 14 days to return it.

How long does it take to return an item?

Once we receive your return, refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days.
Our sarcasm is fast, but banks still take their time.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do — digital only.
Perfect for when you want to give someone sarcasm but let them pick the style.
